Internal Evaluation Committee (IEC)
Internal Evaluation Committee (IEC) consists of project partner institutes senior representatives and students. The task of the committee is to monitor the fulfillment of indicators indicated in LFM. Committee will receive feedback from Master programme main beneficiaries and evaluate 3 times a year mainly via email.

Evaluation by External Experts
Evaluation of the developed curricula “International and European Law” will be done by two independent experts: Peter Van Elsuwege, professor of European Union law at Ghent University and Pierre Tifine, professor of Public Law in the University of Lorraine. There will be 2 mid-term and final evaluation.

Pierre Tifine
Professor of Public Law at UFR Droit, Economie et Administration Metz, Université de Lorraine.
He has been deputy dean at UFR Droit, Economie et at Administration Metz, Université de Lorraine since 2003 and Deputy director of the laboratory “Institut de recherches sur l’évolution de l’Etat nation” since 2008. Pierre Tiffine is also invited professor at Tyumen State University. His reaserch and teaching area covers French administrative law, municipal law, public contracts, European law.

Peter Van Elsuwege
Professor of European Union law at Ghent University. His research activities essentially focus on the law of EU external relations. Specific attention is devoted to the legal framework of the relations between the European Union and its East European neighbours. He is the author of, amongst others, From Soviet Republics to EU Member States. A Legal and Political Assessment of the Baltic States’ Accession to the European Union (Martinus Nijhoff, 2008) and Legislative Approximation and Application of EU Law in the Eastern Neighbourhood of the European Union (co-edited with R. Petrov, Routledge, 2014). Peter Van Elsuwege is also the academic coordinator of a Jean Monnet Module on “The Legal Dimension of EU External Relations” and an affiliated member of the Centre for the Law of EU External Relations (CLEER) at the Asser Institute (The Hague) and the Centre for Russian International, Socio-Political and Economic Studies (CERISE) at Ghent University. He has been visiting professor at the University of Tartu (Estonia), the College of Europe (Natolin Campus) and the Moscow State University for International Relations (MGIMO).
