Hana Horak
Project coordinator. Professor at Faculty of Economics and Business, University of Zagreb. Head of Department of Law, holder of Jean Monnet Chair since 2011 from 1992, Jean Monnet Chair from 2011. 
Experience in teaching on European integration since 2004 in continuance. Teaches European courses: European Company Law, European Market Law and Economic Analysis of European Law, also Commercial Law And Law of International Trade. She introduced course European Company Law at Faculty of Economics as well as at Faculty of Engineering and Computing. Head of the  Masters programme “Legal and Economic Aspects of Doing Business in the EU” at Faculty of Economics and Business. Member of EcoDA, ELI, ECGI.

Zvonimir Šafranko
Teaching and research assistant at Faculty of Economics and Business, University of Zagreb, Department of Law.
Teaches seminars in Commercial Law, International Trade Law, European Market Law and European Company Law. He did his Ph.D. in Commercial and Company Law. He has a five year experience in Company Law dispute resolution and registry issues since he worked as a court consultant at the Commercial Court in Zagreb. 
The area of research interests: European and comparative Company Law, International Commercial Law and ADR, Contract Law. Within the Project, he is in charge of web pages and the Journal.

Rajko Knez
A researcher and a full professor, employed by the Faculty of Law University of Maribor, covering the European Law area, accomplished his legal education in Slovenia and additional education at the University in Graz 1996-2000, the University of Amsterdam  1996, the Faculty of Law in Bonn, Washington, Richmond (USA) 1997, at the Court of Justice of the EU in Luxemburg 2005 and 2011. He acts as visiting professor at faculties of law in Graz (A), Zagreb (CRO), and in Vienna (A). He is a holder of the Jean Monnet Chair, which was granted in 2007 and ongoing Jean Monnet European modules (the last one was granted in 2010).

Member of The University Association for Contemporary European Studies (UACES), co-chair of Working Group EU-Russia political relations of UACES Collaborative Research Network on EU-Russia relations.

Head of the Department of International and European Law of the Law Faculty of the VSU. Courses are taught by Prof. Biriukov: International Law, European law, Legal protection of intellectual property. He has contributed a lot to the exploration of such problems as the theory of correlation between European and national law, EU law.

Mykola Pashkovskyi
​Head of International Relations Office. PhD, Associate Professor of the Department of Constitutional Law, specializes in migration law, comparative constitutional law and constitutional law trends in context of European Integration. Participant in a training programs COLPE for young lecturers from the former USSR which took place on the base of Central European University "Comparative Constitutional Law" and "European human rights defense system", in TACIS Project "Law Studios: Kyiv and Selected Regions", in 7th Network Europe Conference “Perspectives of security in Europe –Current challenges, EU strategies, international cooperation” (Yerevan, Armenia), of TEMPUS IV Projects "Support of Innovations through Improvement of Regulatory Framework for Higher Education in Ukraine" and "European and International Law Master Programme Development in Eastern Europe – InterEULawEast". Organized a range of conferences, workshops and seminars on the problems European Integration.

Researcher in the project "Scientific and Legal Ensuring for Effective Execution of Judgments and Implementation of Practice of European Court of Human Rights".

Kosjenka Dumančić
Assistant Professor at Faculty of Economics and Business, University of Zagreb, Department of Law.
Teaches Commercial Law, Law of International Trade,  European Company Law and European Market Law. She got master degree at “European studies” organized by Pantheon Assas II, Paris and University of Zagreb in 2003. She did her Ph.D. in European Law with thesis “Limits of the freedom to provide services in European Union”. She is an executive secretary of the Masters program “Legal and Economic Aspects of Doing Business in the EU”, a one year course for economists, lawyers and others.

Prior to his employment at the Faculty of Economics and Business, Kristijan Poljanec worked as a trainee in law firm. Teaches seminars in European Market Law, Commercial Law and Law on International Trade. His research interests include Commercial Law, International Trade Law, European Law and Intellectual Property Law.

Professor of the Legal Theory and International Law Department (chair) with an experience of teaching and research in the international law field about 30 years. Co-author of many textbooks on International law published in Russia and in the Netherlands. Member of the Executive Committee of the Russian Association of International Law, member of the European Society of International Law. Invited Professor and lecturer at the University of Lorraine (France) and the University of Tartu (Estonia). Coordinator of the Russian team reporters at the Oxford and Amsterdam Universities multinational Project “International Law in Domestic Courts”. Courses are taught: Public International Law, Legal Theory.

Associate Professor, PhD in Education, Master of  Laws, Deputy Director for Extracurricular Activities of the Institute of State and Law, Tyumen State University.
Graduated from the Department of Foreign Languages of the University of Tyumen in 1992, obtained her PhD degree at the Institute of Adults Education of the Russian Academy of Science (St. Petersburg) in 2003 and received an LL.M. degree in 2010. Svetlana carries out her research in interdisciplinary research fields with a particular focus on efficiency enhancement in legal education; the 21st century legal skills development, legal research methodology; a comparative approach to the International and the European law topical issues resolution.

Sergey carries out his research in the field of protection of violated individual civil rights and legal regulation problems of innovative activity in the European Union countries and the Russian Federation.

Reporter (member of the team) at the Oxford and Amsterdam Universities multinational Project “International Law in Domestic Courts”. Courses are taught: Public International Law, European Law, Diplomatic and Consulate Law, Legal Assistance in Civil, Family and Criminal Matters. Main scientific interests: International Law, Human Rights Law.

Roman Grynyuk
DNU Rector, Head of Constitutional and International Law Department, Doctor of Law. The main research themes are constitutional and European law. Professor Grynyuk is an author of more than 90 scientific and methodological works. He is co-author of a number of textbooks on Constitutional Law of Ukraine, Ukraine municipal law, constitutional law of foreign countries and jurisprudence. Prof. Grynyuk has experience in international educational projects. Participant of 2 Tempus projects. In particular, SMGR 530465 European Association of Universities, BE “Fostering sustainable autonomous higher education systems in the Eastern Neighbouring Area”; SMGR 530534 Northumbria University, UK “IMPROVING THE EFFICIENCY OF STUDENT SERVICES”.
